Track by computer the number of days prior to the first available Lock Out date.
We will prepare your Lock Out Affidavit, pick up your checks if necessary and file with the court .
We will make the arrangements with the Sheriff's Office and appear on your behalf at the Lock Out.
THIS SERVICE PACKAGE INCLUDES ALL COURT FEES. $160.00

NOTE: You must calendar your Lock Out date and call our office should you need the Lock Out.

You Prepare our Web Form (below) Reno/Sparks (Please have your notices filled out completely prior to pick up)
Fax your "Pick Up" request to our office. (Prior to 10 AM for same day service)
We will Serve / Post your Notice.
We will provide a "Proof of Service at the time of service."
This service is available ONLY to MULTI-UNIT HOUSING. (Apartment Complexes, Motels, Hotels)
For Nevada Court Services to complete the Lock Out, the additional fee will be $180.00 (Court & Sheriff fees included)
We require a minimum of 3 (three) notices per pickup request.

We Guarantee Same Day Service If your pickup request is in our office
by 10 AM and your notices are ready for services by noon.
